Hot rod workin on his truck
"Heheheheheh fire, FIRE!"

Man that does sound a bit scary. The only fire I ever had was when I was adjusting my timing and had a GIANT backfire threw the carb. My carb was on fire for about 30 seconds until I blew it out. Burnt my eyebrows off too.

I burned a whole C30 down once. welding the cab corners, the owner had stuffsome rags down inside the corner. WOOF well done truck. Grabbed three fire extinguishers and all of them were dead. Almost well done garage. Pushed it out most of the way. Then tossed a skidder tire chain over its trailer ball and the one on the back of my old lady at the times Mazda B2600 trailer ball, and dragged it the rest of the way out.

Many here have seen this site, but, I'll put it on here for the new ones.
My older brother never was good at working on vehicles.  He watched me in amazement when I was 16 tearing engines apart and putting them back together.
Anyhoot, he changed oil in his Furd and drove it 5 miles to the shopping center.  Once he picked up his eggs and milk and looked out the large front window of the supermarket, he saw his expedition up in flames.

Apparently, he left a rag on the engine and it may have dropped to the exhaust manifold, and once parked for a few minutes, well, let's just say she was well done.

Thats what you get for drive an inferior product!

Yeah the best part about that whole deal was the dirt bag ( more on the dirt bag thing another time ) that owned the truck only had permision to use the guys garage to have someone ( me ) change brakes, and do a few other mechanical repairs to get the truck back on the road. Not for body work.
The other suck part was I was on my last cab corner. the floor both rockers, and one cab corner, aftermarket doors, and nice used fenders were all done, just needed body work, prime and paint!
