well im in the debate of whether to run just a roll bar or a roll bar and my headache rack. i have my box all apart so i can't try it to see. But this is a picture of my truck with just the headache rack:
just a standard work rack, steel mesh over the back window.

would it look stupid to to run one with a roll bar, My truck is now lifted with 37's

To me a roll bar is just 1 part of a full cage. Are you talking about a show bar for holding lights that bolts in the bed of trucks ?

If it were me, I would consider incorporating a headache rack into your roll bar. I am guessing you are protecting your rear window with the headache rack. If so, would some expanded metal attached to the front edge of the front posts of the roll bar work? Maybe framed up in some small angle iron?

yah, never thought of that.. ill make it so i can clip the rack/guard on to the roll bar(*show bar*) when i need it. because every one and a while i load the truck up with metal, and i don't want to smash out the rear window. I just got the roll bar for free today..

My truck is more of just a toy I have a chrome double/double tube rollbar and a stainless headache rack it kinda made it look like a triple tube rollbar I know just to blingy for some but I liked it I just haven't got it all put back together since I got it back.

I like 77step's idea of incorporating the headrack into the showbar. i think it would look pretty bad ass.

In the past I have welded expanded steel screen to the hoop of a roll bar, and a piece of tube stock across the bottom of the screen to give it the finished bottom look.
