My grandmother and uncle just passed down my granddaddy's 1973 C10 Bonanza to me. I am restoring it but would like to know the difference between the Bonanza Line vs. the others. Thanks in advance!

I believe it was just extra factory options and a decal. I don't recall them having anything above and beyond what could be ordered as an option on any other model besides the decal but perhaps someone else may know more than me about the Bonanza. How about some pix

1973-1780 Bonanza's were year end promotional specials based on the the Z62 (Custom Deluxe) trim level, and not a trim level at all. After 80 you could get it in other trim levels.

1780 Bonanzas? lol, i didn't even know GM MADE trucks back then! lol, j/p. so, was the Bonanza a dealer thing? i mean, i'm noticing that it's not even in brochures that i see...

I have a 78 bonanza. It has the chrome package like interior trim, chrome windshield trim, etc. I don't really know what else it has. My RPO code is YG6, it shows bonanza package but I dont know what that consists of.
EDIT: Here is some info on the bonanza package: http://forums.streetfire.net/showpost.php?p=298420&postcount=4

No, it was a GM thing. They just put common options together for a promotional price.
