Hey guys, I got my holley on the engine, but I got a weird leak, it has a fuel transfer tube with single fuel inlet from the pump. In the primary bowl, where the float needle is, the top of that leaks (the round part). Can I jbweld that? It sucks that I had it urethand but ah well. Thanks for your thoughts.

??? Are the gaskets installed correctly? Are you talking about the banjo fitting?

The gaskets are installed correctly (I think). It's right at the top of the carb.

I know that's a marine carb, but I have an old version of the street carb. On the primary side, there's a round thing at the top on the driver's side. The seat screws into that. I have another float bowl sitting here, I'll try to get a picture of it. The fuel kinda starts pooling out of it. There's no outside fitting there. And this is a non adjustable version of the floats. Thanks!

I guess maybe I should have soldered it. I jbwelded it for now. I didn't check the other places to see if they were leaking fuel too. Didn't think that it would leak there but I guess Holley didn't think the carburetor would be put back in service or thought it would be junked at some point.

OK looks like I got all the fuel leaks taken care of (maybe!!!!!!!!!!!). I have a linkage problem, Can I cut the throttle because it runs into the air cleaner? I tried running a spacer for the air cleaner but I think it's catching on the choke linkage :(. Anybody know?
