Its a rerun.  It is a 67-72 truck.  Here is a set of pics from the build a guy from Kicker posted.

Nope, it is a new episode, just not the first time it aired.  I read they are negotiating a 6th season.

thats similar colours to what I had in mind! orange hood with a black roof and two thick black lines on hood!!

just checked Overhaulin' over here and they're doing a '76 panel van
