Hey Guys/Gals, name's Gary and I got an 87 2wd SWB Chevy. I am still currently a member of 67-72chevytrucks.com, great people over there, but figured I'd join the forums specific to my year truck! Here are some pics, they aren't too recent, but truck hasn't really changed. I have added full window tints and an audio system. This weekend project includes installing a new radiator, hoses, a/c condenser, and radiator/frame mount bushing kit. Truck is equipped with the TBI 305 and 700r4. Only modifications are a K&N Filter with a flipped lid, and full dual exhaust. Future plans include replacing a rusted out bed beam (beam which actually makes contact with frame, where the bed bolts go through), fixing some rot on the left side wheel arch, replacing valve seals (has the good old smoky chevy startup) and possibly adding a 2.5/4'' drop kit via spindles and shackles/hangers.

Welcome from Dayton Ohio! That is 1 nice shorty! Nice seeing it in action.
You drop it 2.5 and 4 inches and the mice better look out. They're not even going to be able to fit under it!
