1405 is a 600cfm carb...
-
is it the right carb for a 350
-
It should work well. I ran a 600 on a 305 and it may have been a little big.
-
600 CFM is fine for a 350 that is not going to see over 5000rpms.

what should i have becuase i am going to put in a 383 and take the 350 out but the 383 was bored out
