Title: A/C clutch cycle switch

The switch that screws on to the side of the dryer...do you install it with a shrader valve under it (screwed into the port) or without?  I can't figure it out.  Any help is appreciated!

It should thread right in. The bottom of the switch should depress open the valve core.
