Title: Snow?
Post by: VileZambonie on February 03, 2007, 09:13:00 am: What is this white stuff on the ground? Could it possibly be snow? It's February and we just got our first real snow! About 2 inches Still a PITA though. I have 3 huge decks, 2 walk ways and a huge driveway I have to clear now My back hurts just thinking about it!

Post by: Blazin on February 04, 2007, 07:08:00 am: We got 5" friday night second snow this year others have all been flurries or warm rain. No $ this year plowed twice, and sanded once plus a few call outs for sand.

Post by: bfofish on February 05, 2007, 05:55:00 pm: back on december 1st we got 12"-18" here in wisconsin ,i had 12" and to the south they got up to 18" that kept me busy plowing for 2 days.2weeks later it was in the 40's. it all melted before christmas. so far this year we've had a couple of 3"-4" snow falls.if we get above 0 some time soon we might get some more.

Post by: DixieOffroad87 on February 06, 2007, 10:33:00 pm: here in ga we got about 3 inches about 30 minutes north of me. next to my house it was just ice and slush, however i slid my 86 k10 off into an embankment in it. luckily i only packed the bead on the wheel with mud, and after an hour of digging with screw drivers she was good to go.

They said 18" last night! How do you explain 18" and end up with 1/2" I wish I could have their job. Now I have to go to work

I dont remeber that happening since I was in school. They usually wait till last minute or don't cancle and say " oh I guess we should have cancled " while they are having busses go off the road.

we were out of power for over a day and trees-power lines and wut ever else is in the sky is falling down.- glad my 75 is inside. most ice most everybody ive talked to has seen around here
