Air Conditioning isn't working. Also, two fan speeds, low speed and medium speed, are not working. Are these the resistors? I took the unit out and the metal tabs and springs look ok.

Yep that's the resistor assembly. So what is wrong with the A/C? Is the clutch not engaging? If not turn the a/c on and jump the low side switch with a paper clip. if the compressor engages you most likely have a low refrigerant charge.

Right- the clutch doesn't engage. I have the dash torn out right now tryin to make sure the vac lines arer hooked up and blower switch worked. All seemed ok. So I went to the resistors. Now to find that low pressure switch.. Is that it in the 1st pic next to the resistors?

It's on the accumulator. That's the silver can in the engine compartment near the Evaporator case.

A/C on, jumping out the low side switch leads caused the rpms to increase. The clutch doesn't engage.
