Title: new in Ga.

hello all, my name is Art. I'm a fire capt. in metro Atlanta, also operate heavy equip, custom paint ( when time permits ) . i'm 57, and grandpa to 2 wonderful boys 20 mo. and 8 mo. they are gonna be gearheads too.  I have a 83 c-10 shortbed, and a 86 crewcab. my daily driver is a 85 mercedes 190 E i bought for  $ 500 and get 22-25 mpg. ( why i bought it )

My best friends boy starts at the local Tech this fall for fire investigation. He just got his Fire Fighter 1A this past spring.

thanks blazin, hope your friends son loves the job as well as most of us. my son has just been hired by a county just north of Atlanta, there is alot of growth in the area, and  alot of jobs in the emergency services fields. thanks again. Art
