Title: bolts

hey guys have yall had this problem i am taking the rear hood bumpers bolts out and i can not get one there is to of them has this happened to any of you and if it has could you tell me how you got them out.

I've never taken any of them off so I can;t help ya there.  If theres no rust around them I'd just leave them.  They're not actually bumpers, but studs the back of the hood catches on in a front collision so the hood will fold in half and not come through the windshield.

yea there is rust round them so that is why i want them off but i dont understand why one just come right off and the other one just want budge but thank you for telling me what they are because i did not have a clue.
