There should be a locking strip in the rubber like the front windshield. You need to pull it out to get the glass out...

Thats the easy part Chris, what i need to do i remove the glass from the frame itself,i have the whole assemblys out on the bench but my cousin who tints for a living wont touch them until the glass is free... ;D

Your kidding! That is a serious undertaking. I personally haven't and wouldn't take it apart. I would cut the film to size and put it on....

Chris, I think it needs to be out because the panes overlap and you won't be able to get the film in there so good... hard to trim and no squeegee either. Am I right?

Forgot about that....
I think if you REALLY want to get them out you are going to have to take the frame apart, and I don't have one in front of me so I wouldn't know where to start.

No problem at all,i will take another look over them tomorrow morning, cant remember seeing anything in the way of screws etc but most of the rubber is still in the frames so maybe something is hidden.

I have seen a guy do them without taking it apart. They came out perfect. It was a pain in the rear, but he did it. He uses a thin paint stir stick to get under the glass.
