Title: moly lithium grease?

someone told me it's ok to use moly lithium grease on my cam and lifters when installing them? Doesnt sound right to me. Anyone?

molybdenum disulfide grease is what you want to use

White grease is lithium grease

The assembly lube I used was red and VERY stringy.

It's charcoal in color
