Title: 68-72 Bumpers on my 83

Has anyone tried to use the bumpers from a 68-72 on a 81-87? I like the look of the older bumpers and I do not mind fabricating mounts.

Didn't the 73 and up Blazer have that type of bumper???? ???

That is different. The earlier ones do not wrap around the corners.

With some fab work you can make anything fit.  As for it looking right, not sure.

I hear ya. I just want to get away from the late 70's early 80's big bumper look. I want to have a tight to the body bumper that isn't to big.

BTW, you can cut the "ears" off and move it closer if that is what you are after...
