well i started tearing into my truck last night installing a 4" lift and just some general replacement items. got the bolts all loose and started lowering my rear axle and my passenger spring just came apart. the bolt that keeps all the leafs together was rusted so bad that all the leaves fell all over the ground! OOPS!! well wouldnt be a big deal if i was replacing these but i was ok with the rear blocks since i dont plan on driving it every day and i am not a real serious off roader. so now what? should i buy new stock springs or try and trade in my blocks and some more $ on new 4" lifted springs on the rear?? thanks

Try the junk yards and use your blocks on some old springs.
If you want it lifted and you want to buy something new, then get the lifted springs.
Don't buy new stock springs if you do not want them, you'll feel like your wasting money.

Are the springs broke? Or did the pack just come apart? If they aren't broken, why not just replace the center bolt. Any decent auto parts store keeps them in stock.
