I wanted to know because I'm thinking of making my own rear rollpan. I have a fiberglass rear pan from Mexico and I don't like the fit/finish. For some reason I think I can do better. I plan to get the correct gauge sheetmetal and have it welded by a pro. I'm not worried about it looking good, I just need something better than what I got.
So what thickness of metal should I ask for at the supply store? Steel or something else?

18 - 20 gauge
We have them for $100 already, will it be cheaper than that to make them.
This is a pic of one on Jeff's truck:

I'll have to see what the metal will cost. I'm really not trying to make it look good since the rest of the truck looks like crap, I just need something to go there and look like it belongs. But you're probably right. If I do buy one, I'll definately give you a call first. Do you also have the front rollpans?
