Anyone ever installed them on a 73-87? Where did you get them and how do you like them?

I found them to be the cheapest when I put blue LED's in the cluster thats in my 01 Silverado. Pretty bright, the only downfall is that you can't dim them, but I got used to it quick.

I put the 5 bulb ones in my 79 and love them. You dont havta mess with them again. I think I got them off of ebay.

I havent done this to my truck yet, but had blue LED's in my '93 dodge. Same basic setup though. I got mine off of Ebay, and replaced everysingle light in the cab from the heater control panel to the turnsignal indicators. Huge difference. I belive I could dim mine? its been a long time though. Maybe you have to replace ALL of the lights with LED.
Ebay, cheapest place to get em, for the gauges get a 4bulb led, for dummy lights get a single bulb led.

All you have to do is remove the cluster and turn the bulb fixtures out.

x2 on that.... provided you are ok with getting it out, installing the LED and can put it back in the reverse way you took it out. You will be amazed at how easy and how much better the out come is.......

One thing about LEDs is that they only work one way, so test before you put it back together... you might have to reverse some of the bulbs.

According to their website, the dash dimmer should still work.
