Im currently looking for some wheel ideas for my truck. If you have some wheels on your truck that you take pride in, please post me a pic, or a link to a pic of the wheels. I am trying to see what all looks good on the 73-87.

5 lug is what i have on my truck, so yeah i guess 5 lug. But those are sweet 8 lugs you got there. Was that a hard conversion?

I got a set of progressives from a neighbor who didn't want them anymore for $75. I've seen other 73-87 trucks with these wheels too, and I think they look good. They were universal.

Those are cool. What do you call them? Is that the company that makes them?
Oh by the way how do yall like my new avatar? :D
-
Yes, the company is Progressive. I've never figured out what model of wheels I have, but I've heard that the company went out of business.

Nah, they go right on, I just needed different lug nuts than the ones that came with them.

So you only had to change out the rotor to go to 8 lug? I am a little confused

His truck was already an 8 lug since it was a 3/4 ton. He had to use different lugnuts in order to use the center caps that came with the rims he has. They are the factory wheels from a late model chevy

Exactly. wheels are off of an '01 silverado 2500HD. One of my grandad's friends bought rims for his truck so he gave me the wheels and caps. I just had to get tires and the lug nuts.

Here's mine with a couple different choices:

I've got 15" Centerline ConvoPro on mine. 15x8 up front, and 15x10 out back. I like them and I've gotten compliments on them before from those who know what they are. They aren't expensive to buy new either.(http://memimage.cardomain.com/member_images/7/web/307000-307999/307882_200_full.jpg)
