I got to admit its kind of rough. I just put on a '91 suburban core support and ordered the front grill. Gonna take pics of engine tommorrow and will post them. You guys give me so much inspiration. To learn more about this swap go to www.thirdgen.org.

I am putting a TPI on my Jimmy also. Couple of people have done this, fairly popular. I am setting mine up for a turbo too.

This is pic of new grille. I bought on ebay for cheap, and I got what I paid for. None of the mounting holes line up and the plastic clips will not fit into holes. :'( But i does give me a mean look. I'll be finessing the grille into place. Also bought composite headlights and heavy duty wiring harness. Primered the hood with acid primer to stop some of the rust.
Is the junction block on the firewall always hot?

Yes it is..
