Drop Spindles
« on: December 01, 2008, 08:49:59 pm »
I swapped out my Bell Tech spindles this weekend for a set of the CPP Modular spindles.  They brought my wheels in 1" on each side and I can finally make a u-turn.  The spindles can be used with 13" and 14" rotors as well as the factory 12".

Just putting the word out that there is a zero offset drop spindle.  If you want to buy a pair contact CPP.

Nice looking set up. Too bad they don't offer a 3" spindle- http://www.classicperform.com/NewProducts/ModularDropSpindles/Modular_Drop_Spindle.htm

These may be just what I'm looking for on my project.  I'm going to have to look into these things.

Kusto- These will help with your wide track delima, but I don't know if it will be enough.

I always say some is better than none..... :D  Maybe these spindles in combination with shallow backspace will alleviate my track width issue without having to do any major mods????
