Beastie: It's not like a limited slip, it's a locking interaxle differential. When it's in 4Hi the differential is open. When it's in 4Hi LOC the interaxle differential is locked. There is no limited slip, that's why you need to have the hubs locked unless the conversion is done. LOC causes driveline wind up when turning (no good for pavement)

so my 203 is stuck in the 4lo loc position. im thinking possibly linkage needs to be adjusted, im not sure tho, havnt had to much time to really look at it, but when i moved the truck it was stuck in lo loc and it woudlnt move in any other gear, i coudlnt pull the shifter far enough back to get out of neutral. so could it be linkage? or is my tcase shot?

The 203 linkage loves lubrication. If that doesnt work, then it might be something inside. Also check for debris blocking proper movement.
