donor suburban
« on: July 04, 2010, 02:14:54 pm »
I got me a good freebie! 92 suburban! Just no engine and hood! I know pretty much what I want out of it but had a question of course! How much of a hassel would it be to pull the steering column? Its alot shorter than mine and i hate eating the steering wheel everytime i get in. what suspension parts could i use and what about the brackets for the front seat w/ console? Mainly concerned about the steering column I planned on buying a lowering kit anyways!

I think it would take a lot of work to get a 92 colum into one of our trucks.

92 started a whole new design for these trucks (for blazers and subs)  I have a 91 sub and it was the last year many parts are interchangeable with 73-87 pickups and such.
