ok i got to wondering tonight, has anyone ever tried,or heard if a dana 44 side gears with 30 count will work or fit into a corp 10 carrier? if i could swap the side gears i would have alot of spare axles. ive tried searching the internet, and this forum, but no getting any answers. and i get side track reading other post that have nothing to do with what im looking for. lol.. i guess all reading read here is good.
1984 shorty, sbc350 4bolt th350 np203 Dana 44 front 12bolt rear, 4"lift, 35inch Ground Hawgs.

AFAIK the center section pieces won't swap.

i think the diff pins are different, 44 has roll pin and 10 bolt has extended bolt pin. still wondering about the side gears, any one now where to find specs for them? measurements?
