where is kick down switch located 0n 85 k20 with 400 turbo?

Mine on my 82 is located on the throtle pedal. You will have to look up were the cable attaches to see it. If yours isn't there look at the carb. I know GM put them on the carb on some cars.

I think it's the same as an 86, where the kickdown  (detent) switch is at the carb and the backup lights switch is at the brake pedal.
