np205 question
« on: August 23, 2013, 07:56:46 pm »
Will an input shaft from a 350 turbo/205 transfer case (1980 slip yoke 205) fit into a 205 that has the 10 spline input shaft?  I would prefer to swap the parts that I have before I go out and buy an adapter I might not need

cant say for sure about the input shaft, but i know you can swap output shafts. so i would assume its the same, since the 10 spline and 27 spline use the same input shaft bearing

Yes you should be alright.

The 205s from a Turbo 400 had a larger input bearing, but the 205 case housing for the TH350, and SM465 applications were identical.
