A Big Hello from Kansas City
« on: August 18, 2013, 06:32:43 pm »
I see this is a bit dated but here go's

I'm Dave , Father of the 3 best boy's on the planet . married , going on the 27th year . Worked the same job for 33 years , heavy construction and the last few years Crane rental . I help move and set them up .

I got into 73/87s purely by price tag , They were/are the best priced truck around . Every time I sit in one mine it just feels right LOL . I have 3 in the driveway . One is just pure enjoyment , the other two get worked . I have an 84 one ton that has an inline in it for now . Why a 6 banger you ask ? Well the old small block died and I needed the truck and the 6 was there in the garage Soooo.....

Think the 1st Square I bought was back in 1980 . 73 , plain jane , never had a friend , rusted pile of parts that I drove the wheels off . Literally almost , bottom ball joint came apart while I headed to work with in a month of owning it .

I'll put up a few pics of work and the boys with a few pics of the trucks too ;)

These cute little things will ......

turn it to this

Howdy and welcome from Central California!

It's difficult to know just how much you don't know until you know it.
In other words... if people learn by making mistakes, by now I should know just about everything!!!
