Assuming there's a question here... make sure the glass rear channel is not just dangling loose inside the door, make sure the channel felts are in serviceable condition and not disintegrated, check the adjustment of the rear channel, make sure the glass is attached to its metal sash (the roller track), and make sure the regulator rollers are intact and properly seated in the sash.

I notice when I roll the window down it slides back out of the front track thats where im having problems.   I notice on my window that works fine the glass always stays seated in the front track and works fine. What would cause that? Thank u..

You should take a look at everything mentioned above, paying particular attention to the rear channel as it extends down into the door.  If the rear channel is loose or out of adjustment, the glass will slide rearward.  While your in the door, it would be a good time to lube the roller tracks and regulator with lithium grease, but be careful of razor sharp metal edges.

If it is coming out of the front channel I would suspect that either the weatherstripping is worn or gone, or you need to move the lower mount forward some, or if the adjustment doesn't get it, bend the lower portion of the track forward some.
