Lower ball joint boots question

I have a 1984 Chevy Stepside 2 WD 1/2 ton. My lower AC Delco lower ball joints are less than a year old and the rubber boots are deteriorating. Is there a replacement polyurethane lower ball joint boot for 1984 chevy 1/2 ton available? Thank you.
