Hello all,
My name is Don. I am new here and wanted to pop in and introduce myself.
I recently picked up a 1975 Chevy K20 4x4. She is not the prettiest currently, but there is lots of potential. I found the truck on Craigslist. On going to see it in person I found out that the engine had been rebuilt 20 years earlier, but had only been driven 7000 miles since that. The transmission apparently had some freshening done as well as a shift kit installed also. The transfer case felt very smooth in its action and the hubs engaged and disengaged very smoothly. The engine runs great and is smooth as glass.
She is going to need some sheet metal to include new front fenders, floor pans, and rocker panels. I don't mind. I love doing this stuff. The moral of the story here is that I picked it up for $900.00
I look forward to coming in here periodically to ask questions and look for advice. Hopefully, I will be able to offer the same in return.
Have a great day.

Nice score! I picked up one for about the same price. Worth every penny.
