Dude, go to the courthouse and see who is paying taxes for that property.  Contact them and see if they have plans for that....i bet they don't even know it is there, their dad or great uncle or someone probably died who owned the house and the heirs pay the taxes and dont know what's there. Go for it.

Its a green 4 door 283 powerglide car but its in nice condition and complete.

that sounds like a gem, only driven 5 years and sat for 40? wow.  In addition to what I mention before, you can also go to your DMV and do a title search and find last owners that way (probably deceased) and apply for new title in your name (treat it as an abandonded car)....with property owner's permission of course.
