blinkers don't work but the hazard lights do

 The blinkers worked before we tore the inside apart and then changed out the dash bezel so I'm thinking it might be in the printed circuit possibly. We checked out the fuses and they're good any help would be appreciated

There is another flasher unit that controls the turn signals separate from the hazard light flasher
