Efan install
« on: February 14, 2015, 02:03:38 PM »
I bought a set dual fan setup from the local pull a part. It came off a late 90's Ford windstar van with the 3.8l. I also got a relay setup from a 90's volvo 850 or something like that. My question is the relay I have will turn in each fan individually, but will not let them run together. I want to get a fan controller but not for sure which one to get and don't want to spend a ton of money for it. I want the one with the sensor  and not the one that sticks in the radiator. The fans are dual speed but each fan only have two wires and not 3. Anyone have any insight on this anyone ever used this fan setup. Also how do you post pictures it keeps telling me the file is too large

You can either resize the image or host the image on www.photobucket.com or the like and post the image code.

So are you asking how to wire up dual fans to simply come on together on full speed or are you looking to wire it up in stages?

Click on the link and look at the dual stage controls. Another option would be two different temp switches.
