So, ive got everything done except the temp guage, OP gauge, tach, and Vac gauge ( the last 2 are brand new) It did start yesterday (see youtube link below). After that just to connect the exhaust and T the heater core into the cooling loop

PS, i did finally find the old port in the block, passenger side about 2" from the dizzy, and someone had siliconed a bolt into it, well i gave it a good twist and it popped right out, and i could not for the life of me get the aluminum threads/adapter out of there, so i used JB weld Steel stick putty (good for 300F, and 900 PSI IIRC) and made my own plug and im going to use the bypass hose to get me the heater core source, there was a 1/2" NPT plug right next to the screwed up port but even with a 40" bar on my 3/8" rachet, i could not break it loose so i said screw it.


Today after work (4pm) im gonna fill all the fluids, and let it idle until it reaches operating temp and see if anything blows off or any clamps need tightening
