Suburban Hitch on C-10 longbed?

I may be able to purchase a hitch receiver that was from a Suburban (I believe a '73-91) and want to know it if will fit, without any modification/drilling for installation in my '84 C-10 long box. If there would be any drilling, how much would be involved? Thanks!

since nobody else has answered..the shape is different, without some cutting and welding, which usually isn't recommended on a hitch,it doesn't fit the shape of the truck frame..

Thank you! Yeah the guy was selling it for cheap but if it doesn't fit, it won't do me any good. I'd eventually like to get a hitch on my truck but I just put it away for winter so I'll revisit that later. Thanks again!
