How hard is it to swap in manual cranks into an electric setup door?

Simple. It is just a matter of bolting them in once the power setup is out.

because i got a broke door with all insides. and i got an electric door. i should be able to just swap them out?

Doors are the same from 77-91. The regulators are the difference, you can easily swap them to manual.
