I don't mind not being able to use the wing window and once the weatherstripping is in you won't notice anything different.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the one size windows would fit.  I thought then when you chop a truck the angle of the windshield and doors changes slightly, so that glass wouldn't fit anyway.

It wouldn't fit without a bit of modification. The angle of the windshield and door will stay the same but the issue you run into is the length of the top of the door. Using the method I am the door will end up being wider at the top than it was originally. Obviously you can't make the glass wider so you have to rework the door frame to match the glass.

Someone else did this and he found the same issues you will find.  getting someone to make the side glass that is wider.  He asked if OPP would make him a set from templates, they will, but you need to make sure they are perfect.  OPP would make 2 sets of glass for him, just in case.  It is NOT cheap though.

Custom glass is never cheap. It's much cheaper to just move the sheet metal around a bit.

finding someone to make curved tempered glass it going to be tough also.  Looks cool though.

Just to clarify, I am using all stock glass with the exception of the windshield. I talked to a local glass place and they will cut my windshield down for me.

Got off to a slow start because of the rain this morning but tomorrow is supposed to be clear. I should have cut some of the pillars with my eyes closed, I think they would have come out straighter. At least I have lots of practice making filler pieces.

wow that thing is sick i love this truck and your right once your done with the roof and its painted you'll have a hard time telling it was cut at all looks great 8)
