This will keep her busy for a while:

One of the things i've been fantasizing about, and hopefully one day it will come true, is i want to put a GMC 12 cyl 702 CID engine in a 73-87 pickup.  And, of course, you should probably lengthen the hood to do this.  i'm not a creative person, but i was messing around with some pictures a few months ago:

i can't take it any further because i have no creativity.  It does not have to be stock, in fact modified would probably be better---channelled, and/or chopped, and/or sectioned, lowered etc.   Anything goes as long as it looks good.  If it looks good, i'll pay her commision.

so you got to crawl into the engine compartment to get out the door? or just climb out the window ???   ;D

How about using a crew cab just put the dash and steering column to the back seat. That would look cool to see someone driving from the back seat. Then you could still kep the 8' bed for a big fuel cell.

Well, i think we've scared her off for good.  Anyone else is free to give it a shot.  My pictures may look goofy because i know what looks good, but i can't quite picture it in my head and i don't have the illustrational/artistic ability to put it on paper.  i can't quite express in words what exactly i'm looking for either.

Be inspired by something like this:

What i'm trying to say is:  Anything goes as long as it looks cool.  And the lemans above looks awesome(and has enough room for 12 cyl).  Feel free to move the axles fowards/backwards.  Chop, channel, section whatever.

Here is the original picture from a brochure, or you could use any picture:
