Help w/ 79 Blazer Transfer Case

Hey everyone.
  I have a 1979 Chevy K5 Blazer 4x4. with Np203. Now I know these are suppose to be Full Time ( Unless converted ). My question is how can I tell if mine has been converted? It has Locking Hubs in the front. The T-case shifter reads as follows

Low Loc
Low
N
Hi
Hi Loc

Ive been driving ( Normal Driving conditions ) with the hubs in the FREE position.

So how can I tell if it has the Part Time Conversion kit?

And if it does, how should I drive it, like on highway with normal conditions? ( like Hubs in Free? And in Hi or Hi loc?

And what about if it doesnt

If it moves in the 4 hi (not 4 lock) position with the hubs unlocked, it's been converted. Once converted, the Hi position is now 2wd. The Lock positions are now 4wd. You also now can put it in Lo for 2wd low range as well. Don't run it on *dry* pavement in the Lock positions, because you'll bind things up and possibly start breaking things. For normal driving leave it in Hi with the hubs free. However, once in a while lock the hubs and drive it a few miles to splash the oil around in the diff and lube up the axles.
