Plug Gap on Vortecs!

Got a set of R44LTS Plugs for the truck. On the Vortec EFI Motors, they gap at .060...On the HEI Carbed motors, .045. Which way should I go? I was guessing .045.

I run a set of Accel "shorty" plugs set at .060" on my vortec heads. These plugs helped with header clearance.
