Monday, May 12th, 2014:
Test fitted the AC duct in the truck. Found I am going to have an issue on the way I routed the ECM wires.
Mounted the RetroSound microphone behind the A-pillar for hands free talking on my cell

Got the tabs I had made for the brake line locks bent like I wanted them and had a buddy weld them on.
Got the tabs welded where I needed them
Flared the new lines and attached the new 1972 C10 front brake hoses to the D52 Wilwood calipers. Now it is read to be installed...

Friday, May 30th, 2014:
Driving home and close to home something didn't seem right pulling into the driveway. As I put it in reverse and backed up and then went to go back in drive I realized something wasn't working. Turned the truck off and found that the shift linkage had fell off. Spent the next day puttting it back on. It was also at this time I found a slight oil leak coming from who knows where...

Driving home and close to home something didn't seem right again. As I was pulling into the gas station to fill up, (since I haven't routed the gas fill yet, I am limited on where I can fill this thing up) I noticed something fishy going on with the front end like the whole side of the truck was moving. I carefully drive it the mile home and discovered that the shims were all gone from the passenger side.
Had to go out of town for a week so the Suburban pulled daily duty for a while.

Drove the truck very carefully from my house to the alignment shop and dropped off my lower control arm bushings that I had and had them replace both upper and lower bushings and get an alignment on the truck. While I was there I took this pic from underneath.

Sunday, July 6th, 2014:
Started back on getting the AC duct modified for missing the harness so the wires won't be pinched. Heated up the duct to put an indentation in it. Did this a few times but need to get the new Dash in before I can find the proper clearance.

Sunday, July 6th, 2014:
Pulled out the new OE style vinyl skinned dash and started fitting the trim panel and AC ducts to it. The middle duct required a little trimming to get the vent in. Used a 3/8" nut driver, razor and heat gun (just in case)

Test fitted the new dash in the truck, had to trim up the sides and rear of the dash but still need to tweak the top duct to allow the dash to sit flush, more to come.

And now for the best worst news...
As of today, the turbos are making a metallic sound. I am not sure what it is yet, but I am wondering if the cartridge is bad... Going to have to pull them off while I am on vacation the following week.
