cleaning the frame and primer and paint. I had to sand the front of the frame down the the metal cause someone in the past sprayed undercoat on the frame and the junk was hard to get off.

front end going back on. all new bushings in control arms and ball joints. new tie rod ends. all new grade 8 bolts I did not paint the bolts but every bolt was clear coated.

Time for the good stuff engine parts
all new stuff
intake dual plane square bore
cam 480 480 duration @50 231 / 231
lifters
pistons .030 flat top
rings
rods
oil pump , screen , etc.
oil pan
timing chain
dress up kit
hei distributor clear cap
water pump
fuel pump
etc . . . . . ..

well I hope every one enjoys my photos! if you dont sorry.
what you see is what I have done at this time.
engine is back from the machine shop and ready to build.
engine is going to be built in a few days, and will be built by Jody Ridley and myself.
I should have the trans back in a few days.
my goal right now is to get the engine and trans done and in the frame.
and then I can store the frame and do all the body work.
here's a photo of the cab
still looking for a bed
and also have a 2 1/2 cowl hood for the truck
and a photo of Jody at daytona
I have 2 sets of valave covers chrome and aluminum.
but the aluminum set was in the box and it got wet and the vale covers pitted.
I cant get the pitting out. I might try and sandblast them and then clear coat.
what do y'all think will that work?
