Ive Never Been More Pissed

So ive been waiting and saving up for almost 2 months for a 1978 Chevy K20 Scottsdale with a bunch of stuff done to it, new fenders, doors hood and a Texas box, newer paint and all that jazz, we agreed on 3 grand for it, he (my friends dad) had it in his garage for YEARS and never touched it till I came along, he just recently FINALLY pulled it out after many times asking him and he cleaned it up.  Today I finally was on my way over to pay for it, he was at church so I sat in his house with my mom and my friend (the sellers son) and I dont rightly care for my *friend* anyways he keeps calling his dad and couldnt get a hold of him, finally he calls and tells him to tell me hes not selling it.  I walked out and got in my moms trucks she got in and I got out of there pissed the whole way home.

I just wanna say thanks to him for all that days Ive been waiting and all the questions ive asked on what to do to this truck, and for waiting till I buy a 25 dollar Haynes manual.

That night I found a 1978 Chevy K10 with FF axle, 6 inch lift, 35 inch tires, (Truck was white) ((Favorite color)), and rebuilt 350.  Emailed the guy all excited cuz he wanted 3 grand for it, he tells me he sold it a while ago.

I found a 1979 Chevy K10 orange with a 4 inch lift today I called and left a message.  3 grand for it also! and its like 30 miles away.

dont feel bad man it happens to the best of us, trust me i have had my share of finding trucks and then calling and getting told its gone sorry but you have to just keep looking you will find one i found mine in the iwanna or try craigs list ebay you never know good luck.

friend now days is used so loosely lol yeah i would be a little upset but like they said it wasn't meant to be maybe as far as you know then engine from sitting was getting ready to crap out. Carma will get revenge lol
