Is your truck primered or is the Hot Rod Flatz flat black?

I have a friend who painted his truck Hot Rod Flatz red and it was my understanding that it was a one stage paint with flatting agent in it.  Either way your truck looks great!  I am thinking about doing the hot rod black on my stepside!

I noticed, and I'm surprised no one else mentioned it, you say your pickup is an '82 but i see it has the round headlight setup.

Either way, nice lookin' pickup. I planned on makin' my 2wd shortbox look almost exactly like that.
Are you just gonna lay there and bleed or are you gonna cowboy up?

its got shackles and springs i believer, i dont know how big the drop is but i want it a little lower. there chevy ralley wheels, not the truck kinda but the kind off a older camaro or something like that and their painted black.  Not much has been going on with the truck, just been driving it on the weekened cause of the weather, ordered some new door sill plated cause my truck didnt have any and a few interior pieces i was missing, the biggest purchase was a new black seat cover.  Anyone know how to tell what year my doors r from? i dont wanna order the wrong year style.  Just quit my job but should have another this week so hopefully i can really start taking care of things on it and making it a complete truck
