my headlights will not come on

 ???  my headlights will not turn on all my fuses are good and all my instrument cluster lights turn on brake lights turn signals changed out my headlight switch already wasnt that so i dont know what else to check any help with the problem will be appreciated. oh ya its a 1985 c-10

Headlights blown? lol. Do you have power at the headlight connection? Sometimes they get cruddy and might need a cleaning.

i put direct power to the headlights and they turned on i got upraded headlights i got the conversion kit so i can just remove the bulb i got a test light its not getting power to the headlights put power is coming out from the switch

Check relay? I'm not familiar with this upgrade, but someone else on here probably will be.

Wait, do you have the upgraded wiring harness too? Or just the lights? Them lights will overheat the harness if you don't upgrade that too.

got a new headlight switch is there a reay for the lights by any chance or is there a wiring diagram i can see sum where

check the fusible links coming off the starter - chances one of them is bad.

Check the high beam switch it was still on the floor in 75 right.

lol i miss that part about the switch ::) did you check the dimmer switch lol brown got to it before me. yes its still on the floor. have you tried to switch the high/low beams i think the relay is part of the headlight switch
