85'-88' Tubular Exhaust Manifolds

Hey, does anyone know if the header-like tubular manifolds from the 1985-88 trucks are any good? Are they 2" outlet, or 2.5"? Would be nice if they give a performance b oost since I see them all over the salvage yards around here. They look kinda neat too. Thanks!
