Not too much, I took another job out of town and all my projects are in storage, but this last weekend I brought back my engine and tools and set everything up in my small garage, next I plan on replacing my head gasket and all other gaskets then reassembling the engine. Over the thanksgiving break I will remove the BBC in the dually and prep the engine bay then over Christmas I plan on installing the cummins and getting it road worthy.

My transmission is still in the shop waitng to get rebuilt and the only thing I think I am lacking are a radiator fan shroud, Throttle cable, and small parts.

I'll post some picts of the head gasket change this week.

Where did you get your A/C and Alt. Brackets? I have bought a 12 Valve and will be trying to do the swap this winter.

Lots of good info on this thread over at 4BT swaps.

Thats great:) I saw your post the other day, I cant wait to see it.

I got my Brackets fro Auto World in Great Falls Montana they are an awsome company and very helpfull. http://autoworldmt.com/

Everything together was pretty expensive but the parts are top quality and I was able to use my GM AC compressor and Alternator
