Just had a crazy idea today.  I know it would take a bit of sheetmetal magic, but do you guys think it would be possible to put new style headlights (i.e. 2010 Silverado) on an 81-87 frontend?  Or would it just look butt ugly?  I haven't had a chance to actually stand in person and study the shape and size of them but I like the look of the wraparound healight/sidemarker combo unit and I'm trying to visualize it on an 81-87.  I think almost all of you would advise against it but I'd like to hear your opinions anyway.

I seen people take the 96-98 one peice lights and use them on the 89-91 suburban front ends, but not the really new head lights.

It would probably look similar to the escalade front clip someone had brought up earlier. I think it would look different. Variety is always cool.

Not too sure about the lights, but that truck's ugly - somehow the mural behind fits perfectly

Given the right tools and equipment anythings possible. Have someone with artist talent draw it up and see what it looks like. Maybe a person that does airbrush t-shirts?  Then start cutting and welding!!!!!!!!!!

I think they are way too big to look good on a C10 front end...

I'm terrible with Photoshop, but here's a quick one I did, maybe someone else can do it better?

Don't swear! lol. I dunno, it doesn't look too bad to me.  The 03-07 is my second fave bodystyle, I wonder how that would look too.
