It can be done, you need to be around 5.5 backspacing in front and you are going to be limited on your tire size. The best option is getting a wheel the size you want mounted on the truck and measure once you get it lowered like you want it. 6/7 is going to be an experience stactic'd and you will have to build inner liners for it.
Got any pictures of it now? With a 6/7 drop on huge rims, you ride quality is going to be diminished, this is true of even 15's from my experience. In addition to the 2.5" spindles how did you get the additional 3.5" of drop in the front? Are you flipped in the rear?
You MIGHT be able to run a 265/35 22 tire up front, if you roll your fenders and cut out some of your fenderwells.Honestly though, you'll probably be better off with a 20/22 combo. With around a 245/40 20 up front and a 265/35 22 out back. Maybe another inch of drop in the rear to keep it level too.Looks pretty close to mine, and I'm sitting around a 5/8.I'll be going down another inch or so pretty soon though, as soon as I cut out the tops of my front fenderwells.I have a good four inches between my control arms and the ground, so you should be fine.
