I like the one at 2 min where the guy is standing in the middle of the intersection and the car hits him. 1) Why were you standing there 2) Why didnt the care see you!

There is no sign of traffic control devices in any of the intersections. Too bad they arent sue happy like us, or there would have been a stop light before the intersection was paved.

I'm thinking that, as they've lived under an iron thumb for so long, folks aren't as likely to stand up for their own interests there as we are here... even when we're in the wrong.

I've never seen people who only look at where they are going. Not one person on bike or scooter ever looked left or right! Amazing. If I lived there I would buy a wrecker and sit on that corner and I would send my wife to law school!

Its the motorcycle/bicycle collisions that amaze me, especially at the slow speeds. And we truck them to build stuff for us to use. Explains so much

I swear if you set up a camera at an intersection in Laredo Tx you'd see the same thing....and they have stop signs and traffic lights.  Nobody follows traffic laws down there.  On another one of those videos by that same person, you can see a traffic light and people clearly ignoring it and crashing into cross traffic...it's just like Laredo where they think the red light means "stop...if you want to, but you don't have to". LOL.
